I have more than 28 years business experience, gained in roles where time is both crucial for results and in short supply. I have invested many years researching and developing the Make Time Work program. Having worked with and for organisations in Financial Services, Publishing, Telecommunications, Advertising and Not-For-Profit sectors, I have seen just about every management challenge out there.
In my most recent role, I led a team of eight in my role as Marketing Manager – Learning, Development & Services at the Australian Institute of Management. I have also worked with companies such as Singtel Optus, Young & Rubicam, J. Walter Thompson and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Having decided to explore strategies and techniques to help people get the most out of their working life, I decided in mid-2011 to create this new, innovative and impactful time management and personal effectiveness program, Make Time Work.
