Time Management Coaching

Working together on solutions for your challenges

Geoff Nix, Trainer + Coach

A number of my clients meet with me each month, to help them build momentum and stay on track. Get in touch and we can discuss your specific needs.

How coaching works

Package of two sessions

Many of our clients prefer to develop their time management and personal effectiveness skills in a one-on-one coaching setting, rather than in a training course with other participants. We cover the same concepts during coaching sessions as we do in the training program. Plus, two coaching sessions are the same price as the half-day course.

  • Needs identification

We talk ahead of time to ensure the coaching sessions are aligned to your needs

  • Timings

We schedule two sessions, two weeks apart. Each session is 1.25 hours in length

  • Time & place

We meet with many clients in a café that is close to work, often before the working day starts

  • Getting started

During session one we explore and discuss the challenges and development needs that need to be explored

  • Making progress

Using our tools and frameworks, we develop a set of plans and actions to be put into practice during the following two weeks

  • Follow-up notes

We send you feedback and guidance after the first session to help you stay on track

  • Session 2

During the second session we discuss progress that has been made, any areas that need more work and refine the plan of action

  • Wrapping up

During the second session we also delve deeper into techniques and practices you will implement in the longer term to embed the positive changes that have been made

Some clients start with the initial package of two sessions and then decide to work together on an ongoing basis. Get in touch to discuss your preferred option.

Quotes from clients

Can’t thank you enough for the coaching sessions. I’ve definitely learned a lot and am looking forward to applying these techniques over in New York. I’m so glad I decided to invest in the one on one sessions before leaving Sydney.

With days getting away from me at work, Geoff helped me structure my agenda and task list. Great pragmatic tips and tricks have really helped me improve daily habits and become more efficient on an ongoing basis.

Touch points every couple of weeks mean that the advice I’m getting is tailored to my specific day to day issues and help me stay on track (not just some theory and then ‘good luck’!).

Since receiving one on one coaching from Geoff, I have gone from being a stressed out working mum who lay awake at night worrying about how I was ever going to get everything done on my “to do list”, to someone much more together. I found Geoff was very intuitive and got to the bottom of what was holding me back very quickly. He helped me find the best way to be more effective not only at work but also personally. I now have clearer goals, enjoy getting out for my lunch break and often leave work on time with everything done! My manager was amazed when I recently delivered a major project a whole month early. On top of that, I am now managing to get to the gym five times a week for some “me time” and I no longer suffer from any “to do list” insomnia.

Our time management coaching helps you get on track fast

Time management coaching

Getting time and task management back under control is energising and empowering. Feeling like things are happening ‘to you’ instead of ‘because of you’ is not motivating or enjoyable. If the challenges below are present for you, coaching would be a great way to make significant and important improvements.

Missing deadlines?

Feel like you’re drowning in a sea of missed deadlines and commitments?

Unplanned overtime?

Is your work life is eating into your ‘personal’ time, with little or no warning?

Making mistakes?

Do you find yourself making simple, obvious mistakes? Rushing and feeling ‘under the pump’ is a key challenge.

No system?

Most of us have not developed a solid routine or system to how we get our work done each day.

Initiative?

Business is looking for people who can be innovative, proactive and creative. Time pressure is the enemy of creative thinking
